Sessions of practice

 We practice BPY© once a week and for two hours.
A BPY© session covers the same stages of a traditional Yoga practice: time for initial awareness, time for muscles and joints conditioning, time for performing the postures, time for relaxation, inner silence  and meditation.

 BPY© can be practiced from puberty to advanced ages, even in pregnancy, since it does not have contradictions with the anatomy, it also has no contraindications.
